Indonesia’s Contra-Productive Regulation against the Rights of Unskilled Workers for Balinese in New Zealand

New Zealand relies heavily on its agricultural industry. There are over 4,150 cultivators in the horticultural sector. They require cooperation of foreign workers. Some them were recruited from Indonesia, where most labour force is poor and unskilled. This research conducted to analyse compatibility legislation policy Indonesia Zealand. So, they may enjoy their rights possibilities for choosing, acquiring, or migrating one work another earning a fair salary, whether domestically internationally. Based contextual law method, it has been concluded that Zealand’s laws provide excellent regulations such enjoyment. Regarding equal enjoyment fundamental employment rights, Indonesian Law have failed meet needs employees. article demonstrates legal systems’ capacity need be reconstructed fulfil workers' demands.
